And this whereas that Ukraine by its strategy selected to achieve a peace by politico – diplomatic way. Although a lot of experts concur that in hybrid war, which Kremlin wage, as against Ukraine, as and against the whole world, the way to victory lies in hybrid plane. It means that the way to victory over the Russian aggressor apt by the political, diplomatic and, as of, military way. Indeed Kremlin understands and respects only power.
All three ways of achievement the victory have to use asymmetric actions, running on Goliad been conquered by himself. With this target Ukraine doesn’t have to keep a big fleet in Azov Sea, and also there is no such an economic possibility, it’s enough to have fast and maneuverable «mosquito» - fleet, which is able to bring for big ships of an aggressor destructive damage.
Specialists concur that on Azov Ukraine has to have more than thirty cutters, of different modification. These cutters have to be able to lead sea operations in littoral zone, to destroy as surface – craft of an enemy, as and submarines, to protect objects of sea infrastructure, bases, ports, to provide road steed and special actions of the marines and of the Special Operations Forces, also lead and mine countermeasures operations.
Although for Ukraine is vital to work and accept naval strategy and based on it to build its own navy. Exactly the «mosquito» - fleet is able to give asymmetric answer to aggressor. As of today the building of one corvette with necessary infrastructure costs as much as the «mosquito» - fleet at thirty cutters, with different platforms.
Over the correct strategy and sufficient political willpower Ukraine is able to successfully defend its national interests in Azov Sea.

TOMOS AS THE ACT OF SPIRITUAL INDEPENDENCE OF UKRAINE

The firm decision of the Ecumenical Patriarch to grant the Tomos of Autocephaly of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church caused a shock not only in the ROC (Russian Orthodox Church), but also in the Kremlin.
