Where does the Europe have its east border?

Establishment of the Europe’s east border will commemorate by itself the decision of geostrategic problem of a last few centuries. Exactly this way is one of the possibilities of the 21^st century for Europe to strengthen its security. Within this framework Ukraine, once again, for the last four centuries is taking the central place in European, as external, so and domestic policy. Not establishing, due to various reasons, eastern border across Don River between Europe and Eurasia in 17^th century by our ancestries Kazaks, nowadays it hurts us hiccups, compel to stand against regular attempts of Kremlin to push its west border as closer to Europe, as it possible, be meant, at the expense of Ukraine.

Present eastern front, with the so-called DPR and LPR, crosses the same places, where for many centuries our ancestries hold the line from nomad raids. We have to notice that they were at war on their terrain, protecting it from nomads from the East. Nowadays their great-grandsons try to solve the same problem, which were not solved by ancestries – to fix solid border with East. That’s why the Ukrainian borders have to be protected by effective border troops, with military units of its cover, but not the paper border troops, all the more that from the East we are opposed exactly border troops of the enemy.

During of its development, in the second millennia after Christ, the Europe quite a bit clearly fixed its borders on the north, on the west and on the south. But for how many centuries does Europe short of luck with East? Having the neighbor on the east Moscow\Russia, this was born from confluence of eastern nomad tribes with local tribes of Ugro-Finnic language group, Europe for many centuries received artful and greedy enemy. With this enemy it is impossible to agree on anything, because it’s impossible to have a deal for a long period of time with nomad, because he is not negotiable by his nature, because of changes in the circumstances of his nomadic life, which is changing as often, as the weather. This singularity has passed by bad heredity to subsided nomads.

For cereal grower – agriculturist, vice versa, the exactly understanding of the limit of his land plot, i.e the border is very important. That’s why he has embossed the understanding if the rule – own and someone else’s belongings. For nomad there are no any limits, no any borders, for him, everything that he picked out – it is “originally” his. Unfailing heath for nomad – it’s his pride, his ego, his superiority. In the immense heath there are no any problems with territory and its harvest – used it, dirtied it and migrate to a new place, and the same things repeating for many centuries. That’s why nomad doesn’t have respect neither to the work of others, nor to the culture of others and even more so to alien life.

Certain center, which rules canned, even cruel, can gather nomads together. But it cannot be otherwise, for the nomad himself is cruel and unrelenting in his desire to seize someone else in order to survive. Cruel subjects can be controlled only by a more brutal totalitarian center headed by a dictator, otherwise their system will disintegrate, give the center a slack, which, in general, happened to the nomadic tribes of the Mongol-Tatars at their historic sunset. You also need to remember that the nomad is crafty and artful, he is not accustomed to work in our sedentary understanding. His main strength - is the grasping reflex, when someone else takes it by force, uses someone else’s and lives at someone’s expense, each time pompously celebrating another successful predatory raid.

That’s why a nomad by his nature and psychology – Putin, explained to a boy on a camera, that Russia doesn’t have any borders. Russia has a border on that place, where it’s stopped by somebody’s strength, but not on the agreements place. While the Europe won’t understand this simple truth, it will undergo to a lethal risk. Nomadic semi-wild values of Moscow\Russia, due to sluggishness of thinking scattered over a vast territory of the masses, not particularly erased over time, their strength is still great, and this also needs to be taken into account and remembered by the Europeans. The nomad retreats only in front of force, persuasion does not act on him, and he always deceives, because he considers his deception to be an acceptable means of struggle.

A grain-grower is not particularly needed a center, horizontal connections with neighbors are important for him, which is why grain growers (Ukrainians) do not like any central authority, because in many of its manifestations it is superfluous and bastard. The grain-grower survives due to its labor in its strictly delineated limits, with its faith and self-organization, with respect for others' limits. That is why the united territorial communities in Ukraine, with their proper and voluntary unification, have great prospects for self-development.

The present Europe, frightened by refugees from the Middle East, began to forget about the real nomads from the East, who in the middle of the last century set themselves quite an achievable goal to reach the shores of the Channel. Europe began to forget that Ukraine for centuries objectively protected it from raids from the East, that without including it in its political and economic composition and the same Belarus, Europe condemns itself to the border with the East on the western slopes of the Carpathians. And further, Poland and the Baltic States are very tasty for eating a hanging piece over the incredibly strong, at the expense of Ukraine and Belarus, and forever hungry East.

It is foolish to live happily ever after, not thinking about the more than real threats hanging over you. This is how the present, relaxed Europe behaves, allowing the East, under the guise of freedom of speech, to propagate in itself its ossified values, and even manipulating the public consciousness of Europeans. The current European investments in Ukraine and assistance to it are, above all, investments by Europeans in European security, in European tranquility, in a long but vital process of establishing a solid border between Europe and Eurasia, which objectively passes through the eastern part of the ethnic territory of Ukraine. We should not also forget that Europe was able to unite, and thanks to the fact that in its East a sovereign, independent, and then still not so robbed Ukraine had appeared in a buffer.
